Introducing Circle Foundation: A New Commitment to Financial Resilience and Inclusion

Since the very beginning, Circle has worked to raise global economic prosperity through the frictionless exchange of value, helping humanitarian organizations move aid faster and supporting entrepreneurs building new models for financial access.

Now, through our Pledge 1% equity commitment, we’re taking that impact further with the launch of Circle Foundation: a new philanthropic initiative dedicated to advancing financial resilience and inclusion in the US and around the world.

Circle Foundation scales Circle’s impact from individual programs to systemic change. Its first focus is at home: supporting Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) that help small businesses gain affordable access to capital and digital tools. Globally, we’ll work with organizations modernizing humanitarian finance so that support can reach more people, more efficiently.
