Cobra CRM
We help organizations in the education, non-profit, and business market to optimize their business processes by implementing Salesforce products.
We at Cobra CRM enjoy our jobs, and we work hard to bring a smile to the faces of our customers. However, we challenged ourselves to not only make our customers happy but also to have a positive impact on the people that live around us. Therefore, we pledge 1% of our time to bring smiles to the faces of those who live in our local neighborhood.
During our VTO time, we visited Abdi in his workshop. Abdi was born in Somalia and because of the war, he fled to the Netherlands when he was 11 years old. After being active in the criminal circuit and being homeless he now runs his workshop. Here he welcomes homeless people to work in his workshop and to create pieces of furniture.
Personally, I was very inspired by Abdi’s determined decision to change his life. In the Netherlands, it is hard to reintegrate when your past is not what it is supposed to be. However, his persistence and deep motivation have brought Abdi where he is now, a local entrepreneur who inspires other homeless people to make better decisions. This is someone we can learn from a lot!
After the visit to the workshop, we went karting with the homeless people. It was great to see that during this activity our two worlds came a little closer. By competing in a game, we got along with each other and learned about our different lives even more. When one man said that this afternoon was one of the highlights of the year, we were honoured and glad that we could make this happen for those who don’t have much to look forward to in life.
This VTO time inspired us to build bridges and to care for others. Although our worlds may look very different, in the end, we’re all human beings who want to bring a little love into the world.

Enxoo
Enxoo is a consulting and systems integrator founded by professionals in the telecommunications industry, built on a shared promise made to all stakeholders: employees, customers, partners and owners. Since 2012, we have distinguished ourselves as one of the leading Salesforce partners for telecommunications solutions, implementing projects in the EMEA region, North America and Asia. We accelerate telco digital transformation by automating business processes with ready-made solutions based on specialist knowledge and industry standards (MEF / TM Forum).
Our mission:
It’s hard to choose and describe 1 action in which we engage, so we’d love to tell you about our mission and the actions we regularly carry out and in which our employees are involved.
Besides the fact that we make 5 actions every year periodically, we are deeply involved in helping the Foundations – providing Salesforce solutions that help them in their work
At Enxoo, we’re always happy to engage in projects that have a positive impact on the world around us. We take pride in raising the bar for corporate social responsibility to a higher level, going beyond the occasional donation.
Whether it’s working to empower women in technology or volunteering to serve those in need, our greatest satisfaction comes from contributing our time, resources and energy to work for a good cause. We know that changing the world isn’t about grandiose acts, it’s about day-to-day activities that bring us closer together and make an impact in our communities.
This year we created CSR site
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kSvxme_O1RU
also more about our actions you can find in our CULTURE BOOK (sites 35-40)

Enxoo’s employees are eager to participate in CSR actions, especially in the five cyclical actions we organize every year:
The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity
Enxoo once again played together with The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity – “To the end of the World and one day more”! This was our 3rd time when we were involved in supporting this amazing initiative!
We participated with an e-collection box that allowed everyone to support this action. The campaign lasted 2 weeks, and despite this we managed to collect as much as PLN 12,350!
The implementation of appropriate therapies is not possible without modern equipment, which Polish institutions often lack, so the money collected has been allocated to ensuring the highest standards of diagnosis and treatment of children’s eyesight.

Children’s Day
By the end of May we opened a small shop in the Warsaw office. On this day, any volunteer could bring their own hand-made dishes. It could have been literally anything! Our employees were able to buy products of interest in the “Enxoo” shop, and the money raised was donated for the children of the Clinical Hospital in Warsaw – Psychiatry Department.
The action lasted 4 days, and we managed to collect PLN 3000!
With the collected money, we were able to buy all the necessary things that were on the “most urgent” list (many books, comics, puzzles, crosswords, games, paintings about numbers…. even boxing bars and things that were not on the list.
It is impossible to describe the joy of the director of the facility and the psychologists who, thanks to the support, are able to conduct occupational therapies with the kids.
Our activities are not only about material help. With each package, each of our employees gives something important: attention, interest, hope, acceptance or a sense of belonging… At the same time, we have the feeling of being together and getting involved in initiatives that help others.

Charity company run
Enxoo employees with an active lifestyle surely loved one of our other CSR actions that we organized. We are talking about the sports action “Charity company run”!
We started the activity at the beginning of August. To be able to take part in this action, employees had to download the Endomondo app to record their activities, e.g.running, cycling, roller skating or taking the dog for a walk. Each activity that was recorded in the app contributed to the overall company goal – collecting 2000 kilometers!
The action finished on the last day of August and it was time to count the kilometers. As it turned out … our employees demonstrated their power once again and jointly collected 2,881km during this monthly action! Enxoo exchanged this amazing achievement for money, resulting in PLN 2,881,00!
All the collected money was used to purchase goods for various schools at orphanages in Łódź and Srebrna Góra. We collected many important school supplies and kids could get back to school with the whole range of stuff they needed.

Back to school
This year we chose one of the Family Children’s Home. Our employees were able to get involved in helping by bringing needed school materials to the office and donating money for buying them.
We managed to collect: 5556.00 PLN!
We helped 10 children from the Family Children’s Home: “Mieć Rodzinę”
- 7 school-age children to return to school
- 3 babies: we bought 3 gift cards to SMYK for buying the most urgent needs
We spent 2 000 PLN on necessary items for them.
The rest of the money was donated to the Foundation with which we cooperate on a permanent basis!

Santa
Everyone knows that one of the most special days of the year for each child is Christmas!
It is not only a unique day when we celebrate this time together, but also some of our dreams may come true. Probably each of us knows how nice it is to get a gift you have been waiting for a long time.
But… not every family can afford making their children’s dreams come true. So we decided to help them to create great memories for their kids!
This Christmas, our company is holding a Christmas auction, the proceeds of which will go to the Family Children’s Home and a Foundation that supports the elderly.
The finale of the auction will be held at the business trip of the whole company, where employees will bring unused items (books, headphones), handmade items (macrames, soaps, tinctures), as well as services – such as a photo session or a professional dance lesson. We asked the children to paint and describe their Christmas letters, and we will make those wishes come true! For the elderly, we will prepare Christmas packages with needed medicines and small gifts.

and this year two more special actions to SUPPORT UKRAINE!
In addition, this year we took part in the Wings for Run action, in which we supported those in need from Ukraine. One of Enxoo’s employees contacted the local government in Warsaw’s Wola district, which had several hundred mothers with children under its care. We decided to allocate money, amounting to about 50,000 PLN, to a place that prepared sandwiches and lunches for these people. The whole action took about 2 months.
We’ve also engaged in preparing meals for Ukrainian citizens coming to Warsaw after the war outbreak. A group of brave Enxoo volunteers managed to prepare 550 sandwiches for the arriving refugees in Warsaw. There was a lot of bread to spread!
At Enxoo we’re always happy to engage in projects that have a positive impact on the world around us. We take pride in raising the bar for corporate social responsibility to a higher level, going beyond an occasional donation.
Enxoo is really committed to helping others and giving back is our second name!
OUR COOPERATION with NGOs
Helping other people is a very important part of Enxoo’s DNA. Since the very beginning our company cooperates with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), mainly with charity organizations. Together with Salesforce, we provide easy access to the modern CRM solution to favourable conditions (Enxoo rates with no profit and discounted prices for Salesforce licenses). Our engagement covers both setting up a brand new Salesforce org from scratch and delivering further improvements of the already implemented functionalities (sometimes we call such initiatives “change requests”). We also support our customers during daily work and help with solving different issues (like fixing bugs, configuring additional fields, or creating reports).
Cooperation with NGOs doesn’t differ from the cooperation with our other customers from other sectors (like telco or HR). We are following the same project delivery methodology, the same assumptions, rules, and standards. Involvement in such charitable initiatives gives our employees a chance to become more familiar with Salesforce and a chance to demonstrate their experience. It can be a good starting point for people who have just embarked on their adventure with Salesforce as they can get involved with less complex tasks and challenges. On the other hand, it can also be a great place for more experienced colleagues as they can share their knowledge and experience while working for example on integration with banking systems or payment providers.

Jamesbeck
Jamesbeck is a boutique retained executive search firm specializing in the investment management industry. We conduct searches for a broad range of investment organizations including institutional, mutual fund, and high-net-worth firms; hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and real estate funds; insurance company and investment bank investment subsidiaries, banks, plan sponsors, endowments, foundations and family offices. Our experience ranges across all senior functions within an investment management firm including business management, investment management and client facing positions.
Giving back is very important to Jamesbeck which is why we give 1% of our profits to charity and commit time to volunteer together as a firm. The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) was a perfect partner for us as we could utilize our professional experience in recruiting to help those returning to the workforce post-incarceration. We were inspired when touring the NY office and hearing the CEO story and happy to help as we believe this segment of the population is often overlooked in charitable giving.
Jamesbeck has been volunteering with CEO since 2018 and have assisted participants in the resume preparation and mock interviewing workshops. The one-on-one experience was key to getting to know the participants and hearing their stories, including how they want to shape their futures. We had to take a pause due to Covid-19 and our West Coast office and New York Office are thrilled to be volunteering again this December. We look forward to meeting new program participants and giving them the tools to prepare themselves for employment. The New York team will be assisting a small group of participants while they write their resumes and the West Coast team will be speaking to participants on how to improve their interviewing skills.
A few words from Jamesbeck employees on giving back to CEO.
“I was able to use my expertise and skills from my job to help others get back on their feet and to help stop the cycle of repeat offenders.”
“It felt great to help people put together their resumes and practice their interviewing skills to give them confidence going into their next job interview. Working one-on-one felt very impactful.”
“It’s really important for me to volunteer with CEO because I’ve spent one on one time with members of its program during job interview role playing and have seen firsthand how much potential each person has and want to do a small part to help them unlock it. Being a recruiter I know it takes help from a lot of people to get the job you want and not everyone has those resources, so it’s fulfilling to use my experience to help others.”

Sherpaneer
We are a boutique Salesforce Partner, that help clients implement the right way, the first time. Leveraging our women- owned diverse, nimble, and agile Team To help improve our client’s business.
Each year, The Sherpaneer Team chooses which organizations can be supported with our company’s 1% Pledge. We do this in many ones ways but one was during our company offsite in October. The team worked with a local food bank, Food for Others, to create “Power Packs” which are weekend backpack meals sent home with students who do not get enough food on the weekends without their school provided meals. Not only do we use this time to strength our team bond but also to remind us that each one of us can make a difference in someone else’s life.

Anna Fine Jewellery
I’m an ethical designer/goldsmith specialising in remodelling old jewellery into new.
https://www.annafinejewellery.co.uk
I’m very new to Pledge 1%, but helping to make other people happy has always been at the heart of my small business, based in Gloucestershire, UK. I’ve been working as an ethical goldsmith for many years now. Being extremely picky and always asking lots of questions about where my materials come from and specialising in recycling heirloom pieces of jewellery, destined to spend their lives sat in drawers, turning them into new and desirable pieces that will be cherished and most importantly “worn” again.
Alongside, making to commission, I also offer couples the chance to come and make their own wedding and/or engagement rings, but following being fortunate enough to receive a Covid recovery grant in 2021, I decided to take things a step further, by opening up a bigger studio space that could be used by other jewellers and makers that may have lost their teaching space due to all the extra restrictions that were now in place. This has resulted in a fantastic collaboration with another local jewellery designer/maker – Wendy Murphy. Wendy was an established jewellery tutor, but as she taught most of her adult education classes in schools and village halls, had lost most of her teaching opportunities, and therefore her income for many months. Wendy now uses my “non-profit” space as her own, teaching a large number of jewellery making workshops, all under the heading of “The Studio Jewellery School”.
Moving forward, my current pledge is to offer at least 1% of my time to help, advise and do my best to inspire and encourage anyone considering a creative career. With time for creative subjects being reduced and even dropped by so many UK schools, I can totally understand how so many just don’t see creativity as an important skill. They are so wrong though, and I’m goign to keep down my best to convince people otherwise!

Bucher + Suter
As a Cisco-dedicated partner, Bucher + Suter deploys, manages, and develops solutions for Cisco Contact Center and the Webex ecosystem. Our goal is to ensure that our clients exceed their own customers’ service and CX demands.
Bucher + Suter committed to join the Pledge 1% movement in June this year. As a Salesforce ISV partner, many of us at Bucher + Suter has been exposed to Pledge 1% through our close partnership with Salesforce. Ultimately, getting backing from Bucher + Suter management was a simple case of demonstrating that:
• Tying together the activities that we’re already committed to, to an internal program would help us do more, more efficiently.
• And that the slight cultural changes that a corporate social responsibility program comes with would have significant benefits to our employees, our external relationships, and in time the business in general.
The one significant change, apart from more actively recording our charitable donations, and seeking out organizations who could do with our help, was to give our employees 2 days of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) per year. Again, forgetting the good we could do for organizations during those ~400 days of volunteer time and simply taking into account the benefits for our employees was a pretty easy sell. With management buy-in, we set off to formalize the program.
Forming
After an inspirational initiation call with Lindsey from Pledge 1%, we started sprinting. We created a task force of 8 and set short, medium, and long-term goals, and like that, the Bucher + Suter PLUS Program was born.
In the course of 9 months (running up to March 2023), our objectives (some completed, some in progress, some around the corner) for the program include:
• Branding the program and getting a group of people who could push it forward in a way that would bring about meaningful results.
• Making internal and external announcements to hold the task force accountable for driving advancements.
• Running small experiments like small batch VTO opportunities and making timely or event-bound donations on behalf of our customers and partners.
• Measuring the program’s success through the formation of KPIs.
• Active outreach and the search for more non-profit partners.
• Company-wide initiatives.
Small successes in the first 4 months
• In May, we officially launched the PLUS program at Cisco Live – one of our most important events of the year. As part of PLUS, we committed to cutting down on low-value (<$5) giveaways and instead donate to charities on behalf of our booth visitors. We combined some high-value prizes (from YETIs to AirPod Pros) with poker-style donation chips to be used as play tokens for our claw machine (like the one in Toy Story). If people didn’t win the high-value prizes, they still got to feel like they’d contributed something as we’d be donating to a charity on their behalf. We fundamentally believe that people want to give back. And we think they want to give back more than they want a pen or a branded plastic luggage tag. The positive message and the fun combined to give us our greatest-ever footfall at Cisco Live. It was, from all angles, a roaring success.
• In August, our marketing team, based out of Switzerland, departed on the company’s first official VTO day and headed into the rural mountains to help a Swiss farming family in need. It was back-breaking work, but they reported a sense of accomplishment and team bonding far beyond what they’d experienced in more leisurely team activities.
• As I write this (November 18, 2022), members of our Bensheim-office team, based out of Germany, are helping a local youth organization with repairs to an adventure park. The participants are smiling from ear to ear. The benefits of such activities are so multi-faceted that it guarantees our future commitment to PLUS and Pledge 1%.
• In December, our US teams will be getting together during their holiday get-together to provide hearing screenings with a charity in Nashville, Tennessee.
All of our non-day-to-day activities are now analyzed through a lens of giving back. Where can we do more? What can we do differently to ensure we’re meeting our CSR commitments? Whether charitable donations, volunteer time at team get-togethers, or encouraging our partner ecosystem to introduce us to non-profits who could benefit from our IP and services, the shift in mindset happened relatively quickly where it needed to.
These are small steps, and there’s still a lot to do, but we have a path; we’re excited to be part of the movement and look forward to making a difference.

Salesforce Technology, Agile Coaching, Circular Economy, Carbon Accounting, , Biomimicry
Started way before 2018, that year was the official involvement with Pledge 1% from employees time including professional services, since further % have increased, to 5% of book sales donation supporting SDG4 Quality Education, 1% of yearly profits, 1% of personal income donated.
We’re used to operating by the maxim “you can have cheap, fast or good: pick two”, but with the triad of sustainability, happiness and profit you really can have all three. In fact, with those things as a focus they actually nourish each other.
Companies are composed of individuals and we can do both, do good and do well. In fact, it’s more rewarding.
The value of a company’s goods and services is relative to the waste it generates. Sustainability and happiness are not at the expense of profit but a means to it.
“Put your money where you want the world to go. It’s as simple and as powerful as that” Christiana Figueres, Former Executive Secretary UNFCCC.
And put your mind, heart and efforts there too.
Over the years I have been extending the practice to help organisations to reduce waste. Waste of time, of efforts, of energy, finance, materials. To focus on impact. To leave the place better than how we found it that’s: Product, People and Planet.
I’m a Circular Economy professional (from Cambridge executive program) and very recently after rather intense last 6 month I can call myself a Biomimicry Practitioner. Also anything Carbon Accounting, I’m right here.
Welcome to the Age of Purpose.
The question is: Are you willing to be part of it?

LIVING FOR A CAUSE: PLEDGE 1%
A wise man once said, “Being able to give back a part of what you earn can help the world grow better,” We edify the teachings.
We have a story, and we are here to share it to illuminate the world. BugendaiTech initially rolled with a group of 4 acquaintances with a motto to reach a place without connectivity. The post-digital era shows no signs of slowing down, and it is now more critical than ever for businesses to adapt quickly. The idea of reaching people beyond our domestic boundaries with minimum cost ignited the will and soul of BugendaiTech.
Why a remote business? The most frequent query we receive is this one. In the USA, the average commute time for the working population is 53.2 minutes each day; however, in India, it is a whopping 90 minutes. By lowering carbon footprints and making a little contribution to mitigating climatic changes, BugendaiTech adds these hours back to the life of everyone who works here. Now that you mention it, everything makes sense.
In every industry worldwide, we meet customers wherever they are on their path to transformation and work with them to create lasting value. To co-design an intriguing method to change, we bring together pioneers in the field of systems, CRM professionals, data science experts, cloud migration specialists, information researchers, and many other skills. As a result, we increase our business and full-administration innovation capabilities.
But it was too early for us to stop. Initiated with a remote working culture and able to offer solutions for CRM, CMS, and Data Science under one roof, BugendaiTech is one of the businesses that enables clients to give customer experiences that are market-differentiating. The qualified experts are dispersed throughout the world and can effortlessly meet the needs of customers in each region.
Roushan Kumar , the co-founder of BugendaiTech, started this voyage with 2-3 sailors, and he is now sailing this gigantic ship with 115 members. Salesforce is the most upcoming tech niche, which intrigued him. He devoted himself to studying salesforce, then working on the same, and today, he is living his dream.
Not just this, he has sailed this ship into various other countries. We have footprints of our parent companies in the United Kingdom. UAE and in the European continents.
Our collaboration programs provide individuals and businesses with the resources and lucrative incentives needed to investigate prospects in any region.
Our USP
- We offer low-income students free training.
- On an employee’s birthday, we provide to impoverished students.
- Out of every ten services, one is provided gratis to a deserving client or NGO.
In past years, since our inception, we have not only existed to yearn for profits for ourselves but to invest it for the greater good. The Bugendaitech family offers free instruction to pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. We also give them practical experience so they may learn about the industry, the workplace culture, and ethics.
The core principles of BugendaiTech’s #BugendaiNoble initiative are stringent “give back to the society” regulations. However, if one examines it deeply enough, one can see that Salesforce’s habit of #GivingBack is reflected in the company’s details, vision, goal, and objective.
Pledge1%: As a Salesforce partner, BugendaiTech works to improve the world via all of its activities. In order to nourish the environment around us, according to our CEO and co-founder, Mr. Roushan Kumar, we need to devote our time, efforts, and the appropriate products (homemade, if possible). Fortunately, BugendaiTech closely corresponds to the Pledge1% Salesforce 1-1-1 Philanthropic Model.
In the past, our organization has undertaken activities to support Pledge 1%’s mission. Among our highly successful initiatives are the following:
Pro Bono Projects: The group works on 1 pro bono project after completing 10 projects. We want to strengthen our communities and stakeholders in every way through these activities. Working for complimentary creates opportunities and experiences that are valuable. We take pride in the fact that we have served and will continue to serve a variety of communities that require our knowledge.
Birthday Bonus: Each employee who participates in the #BugendaiNoble program receives $100 for charitable purposes on their birthdays. We have the opportunity to engage with local orphanages, nursing homes, tree plantation projects, special education facilities, and much more through this effort. Since our staff members are from various nations, we have effectively provided smiles to many individuals worldwide!
Delve deep into our initiative. Hear from our employees about it.
#BugendaiNoble: Small steps to a better world
